Our next CEO Talk international takes place live from São Paulo for this 9th edition, with the meeting of Lucas Mendes, co-founder of Revelo !

Lucas Mendes (X03) is the founder and CEO of Revelo, a digital platform that connects tech talent from emerging markets to companies in the US and Europe.
Revelo has placed over 5000 software engineers, product managers, data scientists and designers across 3 continents, and has raised US$ 22m during its trajectory.
Before founding Revelo, Lucas worked at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Co., and also founded BelezaWeb, Brazil's leading cosmetics e-commerce. He holds engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and University of São Paulo as well as a MBA from Stanford University.

Revelo, the largest human resources technology company in Latin America, offers a comprehensive platform to attract, search, recruit and screen candidates.

In addition, it provides employment and internship opportunities for people with disabilities (PWDs) throughout the country. It serves clients such as B2W Digital, Mercado Livre and Vivo. The brand is considered one of the most innovative in the country, according to Startups To Watch magazine - chosen by Fischer Ventures, cited by Forbes as one of the top Brazilian startups to watch.

From São Paulo, Lucas Mendes will share with us his atypical and successful journey, his international experiences, his advice and exchange with X-Up entrepreneurs and more broadly with the online public!

With one international meeting per month, the objective of these international CEO TALKS is to enable the start-ups we support to consider international business from the very beginning of their creation and to understand the specificities of international markets.

These are the only meetings of the six-month intensive X-Up programme of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department of the Ecole Polytechnique that we are opening to the public.
